The most important element of therapy is the therapeutic relationship. We take the relationship we build with you very seriously. We want to co-create relationship based on trust and commitment. You'll know you're with the right therapist if you feel safe, comfortable, and empowered to say absolutely anything!
The first several sessions will consist of us getting to know each other and piecing the elements of your story and your goals for therapy. As sessions continue, you can continue to bring in whatever is on your heart and things you want to gain more clarity on. We tailor our therapeutic approach to best your needs and goals.

We are an out-of-network provider. We do not accept insurance, but can provide a receipt for you to submit to your insurance for potential reimbursement. You may also use an HSA/FSA to pay for sessions. Here are some steps to figure out insurance:
Step 1: Find out what your out-of-network coverage is.
Grab your insurance card. If your card states PPO or POS, call the number on the back. If you see several numbers to call and one of them says “BH”, that stands for “Behavioral Health” so we’d recommend starting with that phone number. Be ready to read out some of the numbers on the front of the card. If your card says HMO, you likely do not have out-of-network benefits.
Ask the following questions:
Do I have out of network mental health benefits? If so, what percentage will be reimbursed to me?
Am I able to use these benefits for telehealth?
What is my deductible for out of network coverage and has it been met?
How do I submit claims for reimbursement?
Step 2: Download Reimbursify
Download the Reimbursify app
The Reimbursify app to make things as easy as possible for you (they do charge $3.99 a claim), but you can always contact your insurance company to learn their unique process to submit an out-of-network claim.
Step 3: Tell us you need a “superbill”
You will then receive a document called a “superbill” every month. This is basically an invoice that lists specific information on the type of service you received, by who, and your diagnosis. Insurance will reimburse you for services provided with a "billable diagnosis." We can talk about this in session and figure this out together.
Step 4: Upload your superbill to Reimbursify
Once you upload your superbill then you're good to go!
After submitting for the first time, you can just click “clone” or duplicate and it’ll cut your submission time down to about 30 seconds.
You’ve now learned how to submit out-of-network benefits. Once you hit your deductible, your insurance company will start mailing reimbursement checks to your mailing address.

We recommend starting with weekly sessions to establish a strong foundation and make progress toward your goals. This frequency helps you gain traction and ensures we can address any immediate concerns right away.
As therapy continues and you start to see improvements, you can taper down the frequency of the sessions or adjust them based on your unique needs. Our approach is highly personalized, and we'll support you for as long as you need.
Many of our clients find substantial value in longer-term therapy, as it provides a sustained and nurturing environment for transformation, resilience, and healing. We're committed to empowering you every step of the way!

Ketamine has been FDA-approved as an anesthetic since 1970. Ketamine is a legal, safe and effective medicine used to treat a variety of mental health conditions, including depression, anxiety and PTSD.
Ketamine has rapidly-acting antidepressant and mood-enhancing effects, which can begin to take effect within 1-2 hrs after treatment. It works by blocking the brain’s NMDA receptors as well as by stimulating AMPA receptors, which are thought to help form new synaptic connections and boost neural circuits that regulate stress and mood. Ketamine has also been shown to enhance overall neuroplasticity for lasting symptom improvement.
