Hi, I’m george.

I’m so glad you’re here! Here’s a little bit about me. I was born in Mexico City and spent most of my life there before immigrating to the United States. Before becoming a therapist, I had a decade-long career as an architect, creating spaces that felt meaningful and intentional. But during the pandemic, I felt a deep calling to transition into the mental health field—a journey that had already been unfolding in my own life for years. I’ve done my own inner work, understanding that healing myself first would allow me to engage with the world in a more present and mindful way. Sitting in the client’s seat gave me the firsthand experience of what it means to be truly supported, and it shaped the way I now show up for those I work with.

I don’t take this work lightly. Every person who steps into my space is someone I deeply honor, and I feel immense gratitude to be part of their healing journey. Therapy is a relationship—one built on trust, compassion, and the belief that growth happens in connection. My mission is to leave the world better than I found it, and I hope to do the same for you. Thank you for being here, for exploring what’s possible, and for allowing me to be part of your path. I look forward to meeting you.

“The only Zen you'll find on mountain tops is the Zen you bring up there with you.” — Alan Watts

Growth happens through the therapeutic relationship—where you reconnect with your inner wisdom, navigate challenges with self-compassion, and build a life aligned with your values.

Mindful healing will enable you to embrace all of you, live fully, and step into deep meaningful living.

My training

My approach to therapy is all about helping you connect with your inner wisdom, navigate life’s challenges with self-compassion, and build a life that aligns with your values. I believe in being an active, engaged guide in the therapy process, helping you stay accountable to your own growth while offering deep support and encouragement along the way.

I earned my master’s degree in marriage and family therapy from the University of Houston-Clear Lake and work with individuals, couples, and families. I specialize in working with anxiety, relationships, depression, life transitions, and career changes, and I’m especially passionate about supporting people from diverse backgrounds and ethnicities. My training includes Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, Internal Family Systems, the Gottman Method, and Relational Life Therapy. Using these methods, I work with you to integrate all parts of yourself—thoughts, emotions, and intuition—so you can move forward with clarity and purpose. I have also trained in the Silva Method for meditation and completed a mindfulness course with Dr. Ron Siegel at Harvard Medical School. Currently, I’m deepening my work in psychedelic-assisted psychotherapy through the Integrative Psychiatry Institute, expanding my ability to help clients access profound healing and transformation.
